How will I feel after my osteopathic appointment?
For 24 to 48 hours after the treatment you may experience some minor discomfort or aggravation of your symptoms. This is a normal part of your body’s response to the osteopathic treatment. It is also common for the full benefit of the treatment to be felt after 2 to 3 days. Should any reaction to our treatment cause any concern at all, do please contact your osteopath for advice. If necessary, leave a message on our answering machine for a response at the earliest opportunity.
